Quick, truthful, reliable, professional! I went in for service to get a couple things looked at. I was greeted at my door, asked for the purpose of my visit. Immediately was brought in to sit down and speak with my adviser, Pat. He was nice, professional, understanding, not pushy at all about anything. I spent my time at the dealership for about 45 minutes before Pat let me know what work needed to be done - pretty much what I expected. I was treated the way I always wish I was in all my years of servicing past vehicles. This is my 5th time coming to this dealership and it never fails. I have two dealers close to home about 20 minutes away and one dealer 5 minutes from my workplace, but I prefer to drive 1 hour just to come to Jackson Acura. They never fail in both the sales and service part. Seriously by far the #1 dealer I ever experienced from my time in NY, MA, RI, PA, and now my current residence in GA. You guys are outstanding! More
