Oops. First "dropped ball." I have been with Jackson Acura since 2014. I purchased a 2014 RDX and then a 2016 RDX there. Great cars. Great service. Love working through Yvonn I have been with Jackson Acura since 2014. I purchased a 2014 RDX and then a 2016 RDX there. Great cars. Great service. Love working through Yvonne Russell and young Nick. However, after praising Yvonne for arranging replacement of the left-side mirror under warranty, the technician failed to reconnect the electric service to the right side doors and windows and the auto-key lock and unlock. Yes, it took only minutes to re-do what should have been done at replacement time, but it meant a return trip for service. Quality Control, at a minimum, requires a technician to activate and test all electrics related to area serviced. That would have taken 2-minutes. Nevertheless, I will continue to have my SUV serviced at Jackson Acura. More

Yvonne is Exceptional. This Acura Dealership has become my go to for all concerns relating to my TLX. Yvonne is 90% of the reason for this. From the moment you walk in to the moment you are leaving she makes you feel like you are family. Recently I had my battery die and reached out to Yvonne. She had me taken care of as soon as I walked through the door. I am in the service industry, and people like Yvonne are few and far between. She is truly exceptional and I will continue to drive the 40 minutes to get here because I know I will be taken care of. Not to mention the lounge is truly a first class experience. More

Was disappointed when a loaner vehicle that Brittiany thought would be available actually was not - but she had already removed the hindrance by order a ride to my office for me and having a service drop my car off at work. I had dealt mostly with Brittany Byas, who is always helpful, professional, and does her best to speed things along, explain in laymen's terms, and NEVER makes me feel like I'm being rushed or wasting her time. That said, I asked to have my service contract renewed, or a new one initiated, when my old SP expired, and dealt with another woman (Brittany not available on that occasion) who was cordial but curt, didn't do anything to help me other than give me a phone number to ACURA to call. When I did that, that person said the dealership should not be giving out their number, I would have to go back to Jackson to resolve my issue, etc. Total runaround. I was told, "Someone will get back to you about this," but no one ever did! That was shameful, and is why I only gave four stars out of five. More
