Nick told me I would receive a complimentary wash and vacuum, but when the car was done being serviced he was at lunch so my car was not able to get washed. More

I went to get a coffee and th From the time that I arrived there to the time that I left, all Jackson Acura employees were very friendly and polite. I went to get a coffee and the person behind the counter was very helpful and cheerful. Then, as I just sat down in the waiting area, Nick was right there calling my name and we went to his desk. We sat down and he explained what had to be completed on the car and gave me a timeframe of when it would be ready. Before I knew it, Nick was calling me back and letting me know that the car was all ready and cleaned. The Acura service people exceled at completing my car sooner than expected. I had such a pleasant experience that I even called a friend to let her know what a great day I was having because of Nick and his crew. Thanks again Nick for your compassionate and caring attitude towards your customers :-) More

Very bad experience Came for regular service. When I took the car back none of the auto remote functions were working anymore (it was all fine before I handed over the ke Came for regular service. Took the car back to dealership today I was told some parts needs to be replaced and will cost $300 to fix the remote. I told I gave you the car in good condition with no such issue so how can you charge me? You should be fixing it. I was told “Stuff happens”. More
