Oil Change - took a while but was taken care of Had a routine oil change and rotate tires that ended up being 2 hours. The only real "goof" was after I checked out they said my car would be brought around and it took 20 minutes for that to happen. I did ask two guys walking around but that didnt help. Only when I escalated back to Brittany did she apologize and go get my car herself and gave me a credit. Brittany is great - I actually even bought my car from her. More

Longer wait than expected Went in for an oil change. They were slammed with pre July 4th customers. Waited 2 hours for my car to be finished. The staff did a great job of keeping everyone posted on the status of their vehicles and offered rides to everyone waiting. I chose to wait there since I was running errands the rest of the day. The facility was clean and comfortable. They did everything in their control to make a bad situation bearable. I don't think I'd ever opt to wait for my service to be done again. I'd rather drop it off and pick up at the end of the day. More
