Stayed up to the point resulting in being not friendly in explaining how many miles service I am doing and what would be my next major service etc., When asked about the interior fabric protection insurance for a small scratch on the door and has turned out dirty as it was heavily used by my son, the service rep said it was intentional and it cannot be covered. I was questioning the Rep from the stand point of isn't this something not in my hands and so being the reason for taking insurance in the first place, he said he will check with service manager and get back to me. I haven't heard anything back then. More

However after several bad (make that VERY bad) experiences, I thought I'd give Jackson Acura a try and I'm VERY glad I did. It was the luck-of-the-draw that I was assigned to Brittiany and I'm glad I was. I've been back to Jackson Acura twice since then and Brittiany takes GREAT care of me... and all of her customers!
