Placed an order for a 2023 LR Defender 110 with Eric back in May. They took a deposit of $2,500 to place the order. They were able to place my order on the spot. They let me know I had to do it right then and there as someone else could come in and take that open order. I went ahead and ordered the Defender. After I got home I missed some option I really wanted and went back to see Eric and was told my order was locked and no changes could be made. I ended up buying a new Defender from the other Land Rover here in Denver as they had a unit come in with everything I wanted on it. I reach out to Land Rover Flatiron multiple times to see about getting my deposit back. I have asked for updates or a reply and no one has reached out to me about the deposit.Eric stated he would get back to me on June 15th and have followed up twice and haven’t heard back. The deposit I guess is non refundable…The Land Rover dealership in Denver only requires $1,000 deposit to place an order and it “Fully Refundable” if you decide to pass or not take delivery of the car. Don’t spend my $2,500 all at one place Land Rover of Flatirons. More

I drove 10 hours and was there Saturday morning when they opened. . Drove the a car away within 1.5 hours. Really amazing work getting me in and out. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of my trip and for having absolutely everything in order when I got there. 100% recommend. More
This guy, Eric Vergith, is by far the worse person to deal with. I bought (2) of my (7) rovers from this dealership and had great interactions with Mark, the sales guy. We purchased our LR4 from Flatirons and that was a good experience. But the service was terrible. We had a coolant issue and they instructed us to tow it to them. Coincidentally we already had an appoin experience. But the service was terrible. We had a coolant issue and they instructed us to tow it to them. Coincidentally we already had an appointment scheduled for the next day to come in for a recall issue. So we had the car towed in. Even though we had an appointment it took them three weeks to look at the car. When they did they sent us a report that said we need new tires, wipers, and a 100K mile service inspection but had no mention of how to resolve what we brought it in for. When we pushed them to fix those issues they refused to do the recall work but said they fixed the coolant issue. We got the car back after they ran a pressure test and did a 3-mile test drive and drove it less than ten miles and the engine overheated again. We then took it to a certified LR specialist and they told us that Flatirons replaced the valve incorrectly and the pressure test would not test for heat. So a longer test drive would have revealed that they did not fix the issue. When escalated to the Service Manager and the GM. Their response was the same. We have no responsibility. While I am disappointed that my LR4 engine died after such a short life. I am far more disappointed about the level of support and responsibility from this dealership. More
This dealer does not care about their customers time and would gladly waste it. I Could not book an appt for earlier than 7 weeks in advance. Then when I arrived, they said they needed my vehicle for 5 days for diagnostics testing, and could not provide a loaner. This for warranty work I specified in my appt request based upon a notice they sent to me. They just gave me lip service and would not help out at all. I will be taking my business elsewhere. More
