Excellent Service Care This is the third year I've brought my Jaguar in for annual service. Michael has been there to take care of me and my F-Pace each year. When I call This is the third year I've brought my Jaguar in for annual service. Michael has been there to take care of me and my F-Pace each year. When I call to schedule the appointment we go over what is needed with this annual appointment and if I have any concerns. He's very helpful in understanding what I mean when I'm describing my version of any issues I may have with it (rubbing/moaning noise out of steering wheel, my bumper lost a battle with the stucco on the garage when backing out of the garage...). When I bring my car in, I have his full attention in checking it in and going over what they will be doing. Picking up my car is as easy as dropping it off - my F-Pace is waiting for me, clean and beautiful and I am one happy customer. They have my loyalty because of this care, I will be looking here for my next vehicle. More
