The service is great, the staff is professional, but the loaner cars are not thoroughly cleaned. The last Discovery vehicle I had was full of dog/cat hair in the back seat and floor areas. Using a stronge loaner cars are not thoroughly cleaned. The last Discovery vehicle I had was full of dog/cat hair in the back seat and floor areas. Using a stronger vacuum would help. More

Service team was difficult to reach - multiple days between callbacks. Original service rep was asked to call me back and then vanished - had to get connected with a different service rep entirely. At this moment I am still waiting for a call back from manager Rebecca, who I asked to call me 6 days ago. Service team refused to process repair under warranty. Component under car came loose while driving on the freeway. They told me I hit something. I informed them I did not, nothing struck the car, the piece simply came loose while driving, causing damage to the panel underneath car. They insisted I was being untruthful. Asked manager to call me back, she failed to do so. Very poor experience. The rental car guy was really nice though, so there's that. More
