I've bought vehicles and used James Wood's Service for over a decade. I'm very happy, but do wonder why the standard service appointments take so long. I was buying the truck remotely and expected the truck to be accurately represented. We reached an agreement on price and I paid in full for the truck. The shipping process took over a week to set up and whe be accurately represented. We reached an agreement on price and I paid in full for the truck. The shipping process took over a week to set up and when the shipping company arrived they noted hail damage all over the truck. None of the damage was represented by Ryan and he did not take the time or energy to bother making sure the truck was accurately represented. It took multiple efforts to get my money back and I did not receive any follow up after. More
