Appreciated his candor and good advice to save me money. Worked with Rob Sylvia and Eddie Clark to purchase a 2019 Ranger Lariat. They conducted professional conversations and negotiations without pressure. Trade-in value was very good and the final price was excellent. Rob was perfectly congenial to my wife and me and took the time to go through the vehicle's features and assisted with setting up the Ford Pass app. Long-time customer since my 2004 purchase... Jannell has continually stayed on top of its game, remodeled and expanded the facilities, and they always provide overall excellent sales and service at a good value.
