Rachel and Hunter were amazing to work with. Even with a bankruptcy they were able to get me in the truck I wanted and at a great monthly payment! Will buy from them again! Jeff Belzer’s is a dealership that has a lot of vehicles to choose from. They have plenty of staff to make your sale and paperwork quick. Austin was a pleasure to work with. I appreciated that it was not a high pressure sale so much. I would definitely recommend working with him and this dealer to friends. Since I purchased my new KIA a number of months ago, I am delinquent in writing a review, but my experience was such that it deserves to be on record and to get this off my mind. The purchase experience has delinquent in writing a review, but my experience was such that it deserves to be on record and to get this off my mind. The purchase experience has not left a good taste. I was referred to Jeff Belzer's through the COSTCO purchase program. Despite previous coordination on the vehicle I was interested in, the sales rep I dealt with could not produce the COSTCO price sheet. As I believed the sales rep when he said that his price would match or beat the COSTCO price, I went ahead with the purchase with clear understanding that he would provide it at closing time. Long story short, he did not produce it. Closing on the vehicle on another day lasted an inordinate amount of time - somewhere in excess of three hours. Some of this time was a sales pitch on additional accessories, finance coordination, and warranty explanation and sales pitch on purchase of additional warranty protections, both of which I did not want or ask for. After completing all this and finance paperwork, we were asked to wait for a delivery coordinator. Well, we were basically forgotten and left in the waiting room for a long period of time. The dealership was beyond closing time, and many employees left, walking out the door in front of us, with nobody asking if they could help us. Concluding that we were not going to get our car without saying that we were still there, I found the finance guy, who seemed surprised that we were still in the building. We were forgotten, and of course, our salesman was not to be found either. After taking delivery of our vehicle, we found that the phone charger was not working. I suspect that this was a quality check that was missed when the dealership accepted the vehicle. We took the vehicle back to the dealership a few months later for an oil change and to have the charger fixed. That too was an ordeal. After telling the service writer that we would be in the waiting room, we were left waiting - indefinitely. We were never paged or updated on the progress of the work. After nearly three hours, I went back to the same service writer, at the same service desk, and asked if my vehicle was done. He did not recognize me, by face or name, and insisted that he was not the one who helped me earlier. There were two of us that arrived with the vehicle for the service and recognized that he indeed was the service writer for this appointment. My vehicle was apparently finished after about an hour of dropping it off. No apology was offered, neither by this employee or the office that supposedly does the paging. Because of these poor experiences, I wrote a detailed letter to the dealership general manager. In great detail, I told him of my experiences and named each of the employees whom I dealt with (I will not name names here). I also made it clear that I wanted to hear back from him. To date, I have never heard a response. Apparently, the management does not value negative feedback received in a private manner from customers. I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership nor recommend anybody else to, and it is very doubtful that I will again visit the service department. More
These guys are scamming people. Do not, I repeat do not buy from this guy’s dealerships. You’ll regret it trust me. We bought a jeep for my niece and we’ve had nothing but issues. Very friendly staff. No pushy attempts to get you to buy anything. They just showed and explained what they had for options and then let us decide. No pushy attempts to get you to buy anything. They just showed and explained what they had for options and then let us decide. More
I came in nearly a week and a half prior to purchasing the vehicle and viewed it immediately after it arrived, before any detailing or body work had been completed. The following day, I called and committ the vehicle and viewed it immediately after it arrived, before any detailing or body work had been completed. The following day, I called and committed to purchasing the truck. At that time, I was told the vehicle would have recalls completed, body work finished, and undergo a thorough detailing prior to delivery. I returned this evening to pick up the truck. Unfortunately, I was somewhat rushed as I had my children with me and was unable to inspect the vehicle as closely as I normally would. Once home, it became very apparent that the vehicle was never properly detailed. The interior still contained dirt, dog hair, peanuts under the seats and floor mats, melted candy in the carpet, and all windows and the windshield were badly smeared. In addition to the poor interior condition, the area where body work was performed was unacceptable. The entire box panel and part of the cab were covered in overspray, showing a clear lack of attention to detail and quality control. I fully understand this was a used vehicle, but the condition it was delivered in is not acceptable—especially after spending over $37,000. Quite honestly, my young children could have done a better job cleaning it. Now, I am left needing to spend an additional $300–$400 for professional detailing and $200–$300 more to have the overspray properly removed. In my opinion, a “one price, best price” dealership should reflect that philosophy in workmanship and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet that standard in either the body shop or the detailing process. That said, I do want to acknowledge that my salesperson was responsive and professional, the finance manager was pleasant to work with, and the OnStar setup representative was also helpful. If I were to return to Jeff Belzer in the future, it would be because of the office staff and sales team—not for service, detailing, or body work. Overall, this was a very disappointing delivery experience at a well-known, high-volume dealership, and one that fell far short of expectations. More
