Amazing They did everything thing they could to get us into a nice car. Even followed me to my girlfriends work after business hours to finish the paperwork. Purchase of a 2016 Dodge Challenger. I purchased a 2016 Plum Crazy Dodge Challenger from Chad Smith. I had tod him I was looking for a Plum Crazy Challenger. Belayer didn't have one in st I purchased a 2016 Plum Crazy Dodge Challenger from Chad Smith. I had tod him I was looking for a Plum Crazy Challenger. Belayer didn't have one in stock and I had seen one at another dealership. He tried to do a dealer trade with them but they weren't even returning his calls. He found one for me in Iowa. It's exactly what I wanted and Chad made sure I got the most for my trade in and also great financing rate. I just love the car and was very happy with Chad! He went the extra mile for me!!!! More

Good experience I already knew what car I wanted to buy-- I just needed to make sure that it would fit my carseats and kids in the back and that I got the best price. I already knew what car I wanted to buy-- I just needed to make sure that it would fit my carseats and kids in the back and that I got the best price. I scheduled an appointment on a busy Saturday and was allowed to go and try to fit my carseats into the backseat and check out the space in the back of a 2016 Kia Soul. That all worked out great, so it was just a matter of waiting to decide to pull the trigger. Two months later, on another busy Saturday, I emailed Paul Johnson and asked a few remaining questions. He answered all of them. I told him that I didn't want to be waiting around all day with my two little kids, so he worked with me to complete all of my financing online. A few hours later I got a call letting me know that everything worked out and drove down. I came in (did wait 2 hours to see financing because it was busy) and just a few signatures later, drove away in my new car. It really couldn't have been any easier. More

I actually ENJOYED buying a new car!!! I have bought several new cars over the years, and for the first time ever, I truly enjoyed the process of buying a new car. Jeff Sepulvado’s knowled I have bought several new cars over the years, and for the first time ever, I truly enjoyed the process of buying a new car. Jeff Sepulvado’s knowledge about the Kia and his sincere interest in what we were were looking for was greatly appreciated. As a result, we got everything that we wanted (or well, almost everything ... just couldn't get those air-conditioned front seats). It was also very refreshing and enjoyable dealing with a true professional who was genuinely knowledgeable, interested and personable! In addition, working with Jim McMahon in finance was also a pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable and was always eager to explain things in minute detail to ensure that there were no unanswered questions as well as ensure that I was satisfied with the purchase process. Jim was also very sincere and personable! I should also point out that this is the second car that we have purchased from Jeff Belzer Kia. My husband purchased the first one, and both experiences have been equally enjoyable! We are truly a Jeff Belzer Kia family, and we will never go anywhere else to buy a new car! More

Outstanding customer service I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone. When I got there Adam was so nice to me by offering coffee and greeting us politely.
