Jerry is a very genuine individual who we could tell cares about his customers, including us. It was his excellent service that brought us back to buy the car. After Jerry was done helping us negotiate the price (which by the way, we got a very good deal on a great car!) he introduced us to his Manager Ray and Finance Manager Bob. Both Ray and Bob were very nice. They did a great job of getting us the price we needed with a monthly payment that stayed in our budget. I will recommend this dealership to friends and family. The price I received for my new Traverse was excellent with GM factory incentives, GM Card Rewards, and a fair trade value for my 2004 Trailblazer. Dion Fain went beyond to find the exact vehicle options at the last minute prior to the incentives expiring. Dion was exceptional to work with. Alain Biodi kept me informed of the latest details of the vehicles I asked about since January and he was my first contact with Jennings. Alain was persistent and timely. Alan Stern and Nikki Adams were very informative, very personable, very patient, and answered all my questions on several different test drives and on the showroom floor. Davis DeTreville dotted all the i's and t's on my contract with efficiency at the latest hour. And lastly Collin the detailer finished his excellent work with a final front window wipe and a comment with a smile "oops I missed a spot" as I was entering the Traverse to drive home at 11 pm.
