I clearly authorized only one credit inquiry, but received approximately 7–8 credit alerts, followed by another unauthorized inquiry from experience. Rey repeatedly blamed the Finance Department instead of resolving the problem. I consistently requested a used RAM 3500, but Rey attempted to place me in a new 2026 model. He repeatedly promised to send the transaction documents but never did. I was later told they could not locate the truck, then that it was at a body shop having the rear bed replaced. When it arrived, the videos still showed visible rear damage. The down payment also increased from $12,000 to $12,500 without a clear explanation. GAP insurance and a one-million-mile warranty were added to the proposed deal without my consent. The lack of transparency, contradictory statements and careless handling of my credit information were unacceptable.
