O August 28, 2026. To begin with, I want to clarify that I currently live in xx. Augustine, Florida, although I previously resided in Tampa, Florida. On the final day of my move, I decided to visit the dealership with a pre-approval document that Capital One had mailed to me—for about the third time. When I arrived at the dealership with that document, they reviewed it and informed me that I needed a co-signer. I want to make it clear that I wasn't without a vehicle; I already owned a 2025 Hyundai Kona N Line in excellent condition with barely 10,000 miles on it—a vehicle they took as a trade-in. I included my husband as a co-signer on the sole condition that his credit history would be checked only through Capital One. However, they completely ignored this instruction and submitted applications to three different banks. Eventually, they told me I had been approved by "OneMain Auto Financial," assuring me that this bank was part of Capital One; I later investigated and discovered this was false. In reality, the entire situation was misrepresented. The vehicle approval actually came from a bank called "Foursight Capital," which is owned by "OneMain Auto Financial." The loan for the 2026 Dodge Charger was approved with a 16% interest rate and monthly payments exceeding $1,550.00. To make matters worse, the vehicle has three paint defects. More than a week later, the irresponsible finance manager called to tell me that my husband needed to unlock his credit history again so they could continue submitting applications to other banks, claiming the loan had supposedly been denied. This struck me as highly suspicious, given that the bank had already contacted me for a welcome call and even explained the payment process. After all this, I contacted the bank directly, and they informed me that the loan had NOT been denied; I simply needed to submit a few documents. I sent the required paperwork, but I have been trying to reach the finance manager for two days now without success. No one answers the phone, and the salesperson, Yssa—who was the nicest person in the world when she was trying to sell me the vehicle—now doesn't reply to messages and ignores everything I send her. There are countless Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, RAM, and Fiat dealerships across Florida. I do not recommend going to this dealership under any circumstances. More
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership for my 16-year-old and later discovered that two lug bolts were missing from the front wheel. Read that again: two bolts missing from a front wheel on a 16-year-old and later discovered that two lug bolts were missing from the front wheel. Read that again: two bolts missing from a front wheel on a vehicle they sold to a customer. This is not a dirty interior, a scratch, a warning light, or some minor post-sale annoyance. This is a fundamental safety issue. A wheel is not exactly an obscure component of a vehicle. If a dealership is representing that a car has been inspected and is ready for the road, basic wheel hardware should be one of the easiest things imaginable to verify. What makes this particularly disturbing is that my teen had been driving the vehicle without knowing there was a potentially serious problem about to explode. I trusted that a professionally sold vehicle had received at least a competent basic safety inspection. That trust was clearly misplaced. It also raises an obvious question: if something this visible and this important was missed, what else was not inspected properly? I would have zero confidence buying another vehicle from this dealership. Anyone considering doing business here should seriously consider paying an independent mechanic to inspect the vehicle before taking delivery. Do not assume that because a dealership is selling you the car, basic safety items have actually been checked. There are mistakes, and then there are failures that should never happen. Selling a vehicle with two missing front-wheel lug bolts falls squarely into the second category. Completely unacceptable experience. More

Once again the Sales team was amazing, the finance dept was great, and the parts department was phenominal. The parts department was a whole new level though. These guys really know their business. Addison was great, and the parts department was phenominal. The parts department was a whole new level though. These guys really know their business. Addison Midoro and Michael Carter are the best. They were able to help me find the right equipment for my Jeep and even educated me on a lot of the differences in some of the accessories. This is probably the 8th car I bought from this dealership in the last 6-7 years and its always a wonderful experience. Keep up the good work More

Experience was great on Saturday 8/22 when I completed the purchase of the vehicle. I got a call 3 days later stating I will now have to pay $982 for a down payment to keep the car. I bought my previous v the purchase of the vehicle. I got a call 3 days later stating I will now have to pay $982 for a down payment to keep the car. I bought my previous vehicle here and that will definitely be my last vehicle I purchase from Jerry Ulm. This could’ve been stated prior to finalizing the deal. So out of principle I’ll be returning the car instead of being strong armed into $982 More
