I honestly can not say enough great things about this dealership and how they took care of me. The dealership gave me the absolute most for my trade in. I had my vehicle appraised at 2 other dealerships dealership and how they took care of me. The dealership gave me the absolute most for my trade in. I had my vehicle appraised at 2 other dealerships and neither came close to offering me what Jerry Ulm did. The salesman, Rocco Lacerra, took his time finding me a vehicle that best suit myself and family while also staying mindful of my budget. He didn’t waste my time having me test drive vehicles that I wasn’t going to be able to afford and was very up front about it which I personally appreciate. The financial advisor, Steven Heard, worked very diligently to include an extended warranty with my vehicle. Although his initial approach was unsuccessful, he was able to get me a lower rate which ultimately allowed me to add a warranty and still stay within my budget. These gentlemen worked hours, literally hours, to make sure I drove off in a safe, reliable, affordable vehicle. They took care of all negotiations without putting the burden on me to potentially end up in a financial hardship. I can confidently say I’ll never purchase a vehicle from anyone else and will always recommend Jerry Ulm when someone is in the market for a new or used car. More

We had to wait for an hour for them to find the vehicle which was off site. The negotiations went well, and the financial officer was very pleasant.
