Service department cant seem to communicate pro-actively well with customer. I find myself calling frequently for updates on my vehicle. Did not receive work order receipt, only charge receipt and I have c well with customer. I find myself calling frequently for updates on my vehicle. Did not receive work order receipt, only charge receipt and I have called 3x for them to email the work order - still have not received it. Also - Not sure why warranty adjuster has to see issue to approve warranty service, when service manager saw the problem and verified the issue. More
