This dealership forces you to buy Lojack and doesn't bother to show you how to use it. The negotiation process is a typical back and forth experience. The finance manager told me he got a great rate on my loan, but when I asked what the rate was I found out it was terrible. I want through my personal bank and got a rate that was 2% lower. This is a high volume dealer and its apparent in how they treat you. Just looking to make a quick transaction and move on top the next one. I won't buy another vehicle from here. More

Worst car buying experience. I was informed the vehicle I was buying was a certified vehicle. For me and most of the world that mean it is certified through the manufacture. I was assured by the salesman and by the finance manager and another manager that this vehicle was certified. Had no paperwork at signing to say it was certified. Finance manager puts it on the “we owe” and said I would get a certified next week. I felt good about that. Come to find out it has a service contract that I can only take it to Jerry Ulm for repairs to be covered. Not happy at all about that. When I sent the sale person a message about my issues with it I got no response. They knew I would not have bought it had I know the truth. More
