This dealership was excellent at providing me a buyers experience until I received the car. From that time forward I have had no communication from them. They have drug their feet at paying off my old car experience until I received the car. From that time forward I have had no communication from them. They have drug their feet at paying off my old car loan, to which has now cost me money. I have contacted the dealership four times and have had no response. So if you’re just buying a car and you don’t need any follow up, this is a great dealership. Beyond that I’m not gonna recommend them. More

I purchased a pre owned certified Jeep Grand Cherokee. Since owning it for a month, it’s been back to your service department 2 times for a total of 2 weeks. The 125 point inspection was not done. When I Since owning it for a month, it’s been back to your service department 2 times for a total of 2 weeks. The 125 point inspection was not done. When I got it back from service the last time, I didn’t get even received any paperwork showing what had been done. A week later it’s low again on coolant, which is one of the issues pointed out when I brought it back twice. This has been the worse car buying experience I’ve ever had. More
