Overall buying experience was standard for any dealership - neither special, nor bad. My only issue was the majority of the 'deal-installed options' were either already part of the vehicle options package a - neither special, nor bad. My only issue was the majority of the 'deal-installed options' were either already part of the vehicle options package according to the manufacturer sticker or not installed at all. The all weather floor mats and tubular side-steps were part of the option package - not dealer installed. Although the windows were obviously not tinted by the dealer, the salesman insisted they were. I really wanted this truck and due to supply and demand, the dealership really had me - so I went with it. I had the windows tinted the following day and verified with the tint installer that front windows in fact had NO tint installed. I went back to Jerry Ulm Dodge to discuss this and the other items. After being passed from person to person for about 45 minutes, I just left. This whole event left me with one of two conclusions - 1) the dealership has no idea or oversight on what is genuinely installed at the dealership or 2) they do and lack integrity in the process. Lastly, trying to go back to talk to someone about my lingering concerns yielded no attention from management. More
