My experience at Jerry Ulm car dealership was Amazing because of my sales associate Jordan. He went above and beyond to help me find the right Jeep for me. We looked at pre-owned and new Jeeps. I test dr because of my sales associate Jordan. He went above and beyond to help me find the right Jeep for me. We looked at pre-owned and new Jeeps. Julius is un-professional when it comes to communication. He is not empathetic to the Customer, and truly working towards obtaining the sale. He does not go the extra mile nor care to do the basics none the He is not empathetic to the Customer, and truly working towards obtaining the sale. This is honestly sad, because I was going to move forward purchasing from this dealership, but due to the lack of care and unprofessionalism from this particular Sales Agent. I have decided to purchase my vehicle elsewhere. Definitely some coaching opportunities needed here, as well as going back to the drawing board with those communication skills.
