The experience with the seller on July 4th was spectacular, just like two years ago when I also bought another car from him at the same dealer. The problem was that a week later (on July 11th) of spectacular, just like two years ago when I also bought another car from him at the same dealer. The problem was that a week later (on July 11th) of having my new car, they called me from the dealer saying I had to return it because the financing had not been approved. I do not understand how they give the keys to a new car to a person when the financing had not been approved and they call you a week later to inform you of this situation. Maybe I am just another one, but I hope I never have to return to your dealer again. Today, by mistake, they managed to convince me to return the dealer to change the review because they had a new deal for me, which was not the case. They laughed at me again. I did not expect to have to tell you this, do not visit that dealer. More

I found a Jeep Gladiator I liked online, Nate Mendez reached out and we text a few times, so I decided to check it out. The management team did their thing and showed me what they could do, as I liked the Gladiator A LOT. The next day I returned, Nate spent time with me helping to remove things from my JKU(rock lights, etc.)instead of on the floor making sales. Could I have walked away with ease, yes. But, I REALL love my new Gladiator and it was made possible by the entire team(sales, management and FNI).
