Salesman said vehicle had features it did Not have. Sold vehicle with hanging/broken start button that in turn caused me to have to drive to Tampa three separate times. Purchased a platinum truck and given vehicle with hanging/broken start button that in turn caused me to have to drive to Tampa three separate times. Purchased a platinum truck and given a mini van as loaner. Finance guy Issued me a new tag despite informing him I had a tag to transfer. I was in turn Informed by a state trooper on the side of I-75 that the tag that your dealership put on the truck was not assigned to the truck and was illegal. I paid cash for this vehicle by working 60-80 hours a week in a COVID unit and now suffer from long term effects from the virus. The reason for the purchase was to travel and recenter and the experience with the purchase from Jerry ulm dealership has left a bitter taste. And although I love the truck I regret buying from Jerry Ulm and wld not recommend anyone to purchase from this dealership. More
