We purchased a Ram 1500 truck for my daughter. I am pleased with the salesman, Justin. When I discovered the lower bumper had a large amount of paint chipped areas I was referred to the manager. He ca pleased with the salesman, Justin. When I discovered the lower bumper had a large amount of paint chipped areas I was referred to the manager. He came out looked at the areas and said .”Well, used care guy prices these vehicles according to the condition” and then said “ some people actually use their trucks.....” I have always driven full size trucks for both work and personal. This dealership was my daughter’s choice. Other than handing me a paint pen and had the detailed try one more time (that would not help this paint chipped areas ) We were sent on our way... If my daughter didn’t love the truck so bad, I would have cancelled the contract right then...I’m sure if my husband was still alive and present this wouldn’t have happened. More
