Everything was easy with the process. The only thing I did not like was that no one was wearing masks. It made me uncomfortable being there in person because I was wearing a mask for my Safety as well as did not like was that no one was wearing masks. The only person that I worked with that had a mask was my finance rep. He asked if I prefer he wore a mask which I appreciated a lot. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable. My sales person was Joe and he was nice as well and able to get me the deal I was looking for which was much appreciated. The only thing I felt uncomfortable with was that he didn’t wear a mask and he got into the vehicle with me to set up Bluetooth. I want to be clear there was Nothing against his sales or service. I Just thought there was CDC guidelines to follow and It made me uncomfortable when not followed. I would have preferred to do the whole buying process at home but was told this was not an option. I am very happy with my new Jeep and fingers crossed I didn’t not come into contact with anyone sick! More
I’ve bought two cars from there in the past 4 years. First experience was a good one. Second experience was good as well. I had a item I needed addressed and was lied to by a sales manager. Everything with the deal went fine communication after the sale has been crap. We were told we receive a call about a spare key made multiple calls to the dealer with no answer back.
