Everything was easy with the process. The only thing I did not like was that no one was wearing masks. It made me uncomfortable being there in person because I was wearing a mask for my Safety as well as did not like was that no one was wearing masks. The only person that I worked with that had a mask was my finance rep. He asked if I prefer he wore a mask which I appreciated a lot. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable. My sales person was Joe and he was nice as well and able to get me the deal I was looking for which was much appreciated. The only thing I felt uncomfortable with was that he didn’t wear a mask and he got into the vehicle with me to set up Bluetooth. I want to be clear there was Nothing against his sales or service. I Just thought there was CDC guidelines to follow and It made me uncomfortable when not followed. I would have preferred to do the whole buying process at home but was told this was not an option.
