I had been looking for a truck across all three major manufacturers with multiple dealers in south Florida, Orlando and Tampa Bay Area. I inquired about trucks for well over 2 months and was getting very manufacturers with multiple dealers in south Florida, Orlando and Tampa Bay Area. I inquired about trucks for well over 2 months and was getting very frustrated at the lack of professionalism. I started local in south Florida and the salesmen just couldn’t be bothered to even entertain negotiations or would disappear for a weeks. Needless to say, the many salespeople I had spoken with were horrible and their vehicles were overpriced to begin with. That was until I reached out to the Jerry Ulm dealership and was put in contact with Andrew Snyder. This guy completely restored my faith in the truck buying process and over the course of a week he and I were able to work out a great deal on a new brand new 2020 Ram. He knew that i was primarily in town for a wedding the weekend I was able to make it across the state and when my wife and I arrived he had everything ready to go and was very pleasant from the moment we stepped foot on their lot. We were onsite for just barely over and hour and a half, including the test drive, and he me out the door with my previously negotiated truck in record time. I can recommend Andrew or Jerry Ulm as a whole with the utmost confidence. If you’re within 200 miles of the Tampa Bay Area they are well worth the drive to do business with. More

Whole experience was great! Sheldon was very informative and didn't push me into something I didn't want, he helped me find the exact car. I went to Jerry Ulm to find a new Jeep Rubicon and found exactly what I was looking for. My sales person Blake had it parked out in front and waiting for me. Liked my sales rep but their tactics on pricing are the old bait and switch. Sales rep told me that specifically the prices online are just to get people in the dealership.
