Getting a service appointment for a brand new car is very difficult. Their phone system re-routes the calls so that you have to call again or the phone keeps ringing and no one picks up. All Pro Service and Hospitality After searching for months I contacted them about a particular vehicle. Within minutes, I was scheduled for a same day appointment. Upon arrival, I was graciously greeted and introduced to the salesman I spoke to on the phone. Mr. Dave Haro immediately took me to the vehicle and set up the test drive. We worked on the price and when I was indecisive, Mr. Haro allowed me to drive the vehicle once more. We agreed on a price and while I was finalizing the paperwork, Mr. Haro took the vehicle to fill up the gas tank. One problem remained, I had no one with me to take both vehicles home. Mr. Haro followed me all the way to St. Pete in the purchased vehicle then got an Uber back to Tampa at no cost to me. I was astonished at how amazing the entire experience was. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and strongly recommend this dealership. In addition, Mr. Haro went above and beyond for me without any pressure whatsoever.
