My experience with Mike Gero (Sales Mgr), Gerry Chute (Sales Mgr) * Mike’s Boss. - Mr. Gero & Mr. Chute customer service much to be desired. - Mr. Gero placed an offer on the table, less than 24 hours later rescinded that offer stating he did not say it, even though Mr. Melvin also heard him and I put placed it in a text and sent it to Mr. Khaled. Reason being, so I could go home and think about it. Mr. Gero attempted to pressure me into a purchase that night. Less than 24 hours later, I returned to purchase Mr. Gero spoke to me, Mr. Melvin told him I was there to purchase a new Jeep-he did not stick around to finalize deal. Mr. Chute stepped in, even though I explained to him what was said the night before and Mr. Melvin also stated the same thing. Mr. Chute refused to listen and would only listen to Mr. Gero who refused to tell the truth from home. Stating if he (Mr. Gero) did present an offer like that, he would have declined it. At that time I stated that’s not very ethical. It was not until Mr. Franco (General Manager) stepped in and stated “We do not treat our customers like that”. More
