New vehicle breakdown We were very disappointed to have a brand new vehicle break down within 24 hours especially when we were on our way out of town for our 20th annivers We were very disappointed to have a brand new vehicle break down within 24 hours especially when we were on our way out of town for our 20th anniversary vacation. The service department did what they could but had no warranty techs available on a Sunday when the service department was open so we had to delay our vacation a day so we could get it diagnosed and then be provided a rental. Surprised that a thermostat for this vehicle was not available anywhere in Tampa. Seems like something that should be in stock. Our advisor, Jen, was great through the process but we lost a day of vacation and the price of the cabin for a day and would’ve liked some offer to reimburse us for it from the dealership. It’s a brand new vehicle and this should’ve never happened. Appreciate Jen’s commitment to customer service, keeping us up to date on the issue, and James had to work to approve our rental to cover us for our vacation. More

Used buyer I found a Jeep they had and worked a good deal with my sales rep there was only 2 issues I had with the dealer 1 the sell you a GPS tracking device fo I found a Jeep they had and worked a good deal with my sales rep there was only 2 issues I had with the dealer 1 the sell you a GPS tracking device for $899 I did not want but it was already added and they would not remove it and 2 $1000 for dealer prep so the price on line did show the dealer price it did not show the $899 price and that raised the online price after the fact. That said I did get the device 1/2 price but still impacted the sale price. All the staff are friendly but they do play their dealer games but all things considered my deal still kept me in the range I was looking to spend. More
