Five Stars Across The Board! I came to Jerry Ulm looking to purchase a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk last week. Kyle Sperry met me in the parking lot and answered all of my questions. We took one on a test drive and I was sold on it in 5 minutes! Kyle introduced me to his colleague, Demontric Doddles and together they made the entire car buying process as smooth as possible. The car buying process is known for being stressful and confusing, but I can honestly say this is the first time I actually enjoyed purchasing a car. Everyone is extremely personable and surprisingly so..... seem genuine and honest. I believe that I got a really good deal on my Jeep Wrangler. I am not an easy lady to work with. I know what I want, at the price I want, with coverage I want. This dealership was able to get me those things and I’m not sure I would have got that else where. And on top of that they made it an enjoyable experience. Jordi called me after an online inquiry and asked what I wanted. And He had it ready for me when I got there. Joaquin took over from there and didn’t pressure, was very patient, understanding and honest. He actually went above and beyond. I traded in my old Jeep and believe they gave me a really good price. Even when the manager came to talk to me he worked with me on minor details and big details. Finally Albert our finance guy was great. Patient and funny. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and experience. Thanks guys. Hope the customer service continues to be great when I get serviced by them as well! More
Closing was a real let down! I purchased a used car late on a Sunday. I agreed on price and signed, planning on returning next AM to complete sale. I was held waiting to get into finance office for over an hour. The car was ready to go, and so was my friend that drove me there from over an hour away. The delay caused us to drive home at rush hour, in a car that I wasn’t yet comfortable with (Challenger R/T Scatpack Shaker 6.4L...unbelievably perfect!). I asked for my $50 Visa gift card that was offered on Carfax for coming to test drive at your dealership... which led to sale! I was told that “it’s a lotta paperwork, and takes a long Time to fill it out, then you have to wait for it to Come in the mail. All while I was being delayed For that hour! I left there angry, hot, hungry and Just plain mad. I parked the car and didn’t even look at it for 2 days! But wait, there’s more! After the manager and I finished negotiating The price, the next day when I finally got into Finance office, I was told of remaining warranty, was given a low coverage option and A very expensive option or the remaining option of remaining factory warranty and lifetime drive train! The prices were so far separated and smaller font, you damned near missed them! Their were six to seven other Options, was told to sign where indicated, so we can get you out of here! That maneuver added thousands to my total! I still haven’t seen paperwork to know what I paid! Then I was handed a plastic chip (which I have no use for!). I asked To have it printed with paper and ink copy, and they said that the printer wasn’t working, but he promised to overnight express mail it to me. That was a was 3 days ago and I haven’t seen it Yet! So Mr. Jerry Ulm, I ask you, How can you make up to me the inconvenience of your team’s misdeeds? I gave you a great review on The first day, but next day doesn’t even have Anything good. Just typical dealership annoying crap! Thanks for listening, I look forward to your response. More
