Many thing occurred during the purchase of my vehicle and after for which I cannot recommend this dealership. First, I was lectured by finance about why I should put down less money than I originally intende after for which I cannot recommend this dealership. First, I was lectured by finance about why I should put down less money than I originally intended to which would increase my monthly payments. I was made to feel uncomfortable with a personal decision I was making. Second, my auto loan was approved though Bank of America. A few days after I bought the vehicle, I received a call from a 3rd party company telling me that the dealership sent my information to them in order to act as a 'middle man' in making payments to Bank of America. They wanted to split my monthly payments into two, which they said would ultimately shave interest off my payment. While this may be true, I did not agree to having my information given to another company outside of Bank of America and am upset this company was involved without me being told so. Third, a 'Theft Protection' extended warranty for $499 was added to my contract without my knowing. This was not discussed with me. It is a rip off-awarding $5000 towards the purchase of a new vehicle if yours in stolen-which you can only use at the dealership you originally purchased the vehicle from. I called Dealer General and cancelled this asap once I found out about it. Fourth, dont expect assistance once the contract is signed and vehicle is purchased. I have been trying to get information on my Lojack account that was supposed to come with the vehicle for two weeks and nobody get back to you. Also, I reached out to my salesman for help on pricing for rubber mats (you would think an $86k car would come standard with rubber mats but it does not) and there has been no help on that side either. The purchase of this vehicle has been more stressful than any others I have purchased prior and I have never felt more duped after buying a vehicle as I have here. More
