It looks like only 4 stars and above are being shown, meaning my rating will not make the cut. I've been purchasing vehicles from Jerry Ulm Dodge since early 90's. During those years, when owned by a meaning my rating will not make the cut. I've been purchasing vehicles from Jerry Ulm Dodge since early 90's. During those years, when owned by an Ulm family member; Sales, Service, parts/accessories was phenomenal! They seem to have lost that personal touch and are only concerned with lining their pockets. Their Sales Managers are clueless, do not negotiate or do not know how and once again could careless whether you've been a loyal customer and bought close to 10 vehicles over the past 25 years from that dealership. There service department is trash!! They dont know if they're coming or going! need parts for wife's Durango. Waited months for them to come in, so when they finally told us parts came in, we dropped off the car, only to get a call next day to tell us they cannot find the part or it did not come in. Is that an inconvenience or what! I could go on and on over the past couple of years on other war stories, but wont waste anymore of my time writing. maybe i'll go to 8 on your side so the word can get out there on their xx sales tactics, very poor service and lack of any loyalty for long time customers. i'm sure i'm not the only one who feels this way, but like i said, this review probably wont get noticed.
