Salesman David Keddie was very nice and helpful. Transaction was smooth. Had to wait awhile (25+ minutes?) to meet with a manager and finalize business part of the sale. Would have preferred to receive actual printed sales paperwork instead of all documents on a thumb drive. Will be an extra time and $ expense to get a paper copy of the title if desired. There are a lot of off-road stores that cater to Jeeps. I never would have thought a dealership would have what I need at the prices I expect. Alex Perez at Jerry Ulm has shown me otherwise. After I moved from the area I went to another Jeep dealer on a couple of occasions and was not only disappointed, I was disgusted. So if I need anything, I drive right past that deal and make the trip to Jerry Ulm. More
