Patrick, at the service desk was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to explaining the process. David the service tech that I went with on a ride with to narrow down the noise was helpful and thoro helpful when it came to explaining the process. David the service tech that I went with on a ride with to narrow down the noise was helpful and thorough narrowing down the noise to specific area of my truck. It was determined the noise was coming from the differential and transfer case requiring a tear down and dissemble. I am more than pleased with the whole experience because my wife and I are staying in the area for a couple months and this is our only vehicle while we are here. Patrick was also helpful finding us a rental car. I would Highly Recommend Jessup Auto for anyone that needs service of any kind. More
