I took my car into Jessup Service on 11/09/2023. This was for an oil change, tire rotation and to diagnose an exhause noise coming from the front of the car that started and slowly got worse from my This was for an oil change, tire rotation and to diagnose an exhause noise coming from the front of the car that started and slowly got worse from my previous visit to Jessup where they diagnosed a power issue with the car and found that Jessup had overfilled my transmission by 4 quarts. Jessup diagnosed the current issue with my car to be a problem with the engine air filter installation and that it was probably put in wrong when I put it in 14 months prior to that and proceeded to charge me alot for the diagnosis. The car had been into Jessup when they kept it for two weeks to diagnose the power issue when Jessup found that they overfilled my transmission by 4 quarts. It is only expected that at this time when Jessup was checking the power issue they looked at the engine air filter. I had no proof but I do know the issue did not start until I got the car back from Jessup. Jessup could care less that the exhaust noise was probably caused by them, all they wanted was their money. On a positive note (even though I don't think it makes what they have done to my car better) communication with the service department was good and prompt. More
My car was towed in wit a over heating problem. They said the water pump had a leak. I had just had my thermostate replaced at Davies Auto and it was still overheating. Jessup told me i needed to change the water pump. $1600.00 later. I left with my car to have to have it towed again it was still overheating. I came back to jessup and received a 7,000.00 estimate for a problem that my car has a recall for and nobody said anything. I ave been towed 4 times total back home for overheating. I went to autozone and put my car on the scanner and it said my turbo charger yad a problem which would cause the over heating. Im stuck with no car now and unable to afford repairs. They never said anything about my turbo charger not working. I paid 260.00 for the diagnostic service. I was towed in for overheating problems. The said i brought my car in because the pump was leaking. That was not true. I need the over heating problem fixed. Its not fixed More

With an appointment service was fairly slow. Car delivered without any explanation of the problem I had with the rear door. It is still not opening without some noise.
