Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We apologize for the mismanagement of your expectations. Your check in time is set a side for you to speak with your service advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits for the next appropriate service tech. We normally quote 90 mins to 2 hours for our routine maintenance services. At times we do, unfortunately, go over but your service advisor should provide routine updates. I will be sure to speak with the service manager regarding your concerns. We truly hope that our efforts to improve are evident in future visits.
