Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We apologize that this happened. I spoke with the service managers regarding your concerns. They advised me to have you bring the vehicle into the drive and ask for them (Zach or David). They would like for you to show them how you're shifting the vehicle's gears and if we can get it to duplicate the issue in the drive. During my investigation I also learned that this is the issue, we cannot duplicate the concern, hence we cannot fix and issue we cannot duplicate. We hope that you have found this information helpful.
