When we sat down to negotiate on price and couldn’t agree on a price the person who says what they are willing to give for the trade in ended up coming over to see what he could do. When we stated that we we on a price the person who says what they are willing to give for the trade in ended up coming over to see what he could do. When we stated that we weren’t taking the offer and that we wanted our truck key back because we were done with the hassle, since we had already told them the price we wanted for our vehicle. The guy ask if they had done something to offend us. At one point they asked us to call the dealership where we had previously looked at truck and been offered $46,000 for it to see if they would buy it out right from us and then we could still by the truck from Jim Butler so then we would have the price we wanted. Our answer was no we were done because we didn’t have to trade it and we weren’t going to give it away. We still did not get our key. In the end we got the price that we wanted but that was just the beginning of the issues. Which took a 1 1/2 hrs to get there. The next day when we are reading over the paperwork from financing we realize the tire and wheel warranty was $1700 the previous vehicle we had bought it for was not that much. Therefor we were not expecting it to be that high and since we weren’t doing the financing until 8:00 on that Friday night it was rushed and we totally missed the price our mistake no big deal since we read were you can cancel within 30 days. So, I try calling finance like it says on the paperwork called multiple time Saturday and Monday left messages every time like it says to even tried different numbers and still no call back. I call on Tuesday finally get ahold of a real person that says they can cancel it and it will be credited to my account as of Friday I still haven’t gotten a confirmation email that this has happened. On Friday 7/14 I receive a email asking if I can send a current insurance card for the new vehicle so they can get my plates switched over from my old vehicle. The picture of the insurance card was sent to Brian on Monday like I was told to do so he could give to financing. Since on Friday I had to do that with the insurance card from our old vehicle. I received no reply from him that he received it. I then sent another text to him on Friday 7/14 asking if he had given financing the card and still no reply. So I try to then call to talk to someone in financing to check on this item and still no answer. It amazes me I can call the previous dealership that is a lot larger than yours. Since I had some questions on the extended warranty that I needed credit for and can always get someone in financing. I find it truly hard to believe from what I seen when we were there that they are all busy the entire 8 or however many hours a day they are there that someone can’t answer a phone when it is ringing or return a message that has been left. One thing I heard multiple times while we were trying to make a deal was “at the end of the day they just wanted us to be happy” which was not the case. Before, we went to look at the vehicle my husband had asked for pictures of the truck since there were none online. They sent pictures and then have managed to send multiple emails before we went down there to make sure that we knew it was still available which was annoying. More
