I had a very positive experience with Tyler at Jim Butler Chevrolet. Knowing that I had a narrow purchasing timeline he took the time to contact me about my vehicle arriving to the dealership while he was on Chevrolet. I dropped my truck off in the morning before work. I didn’t hear back from anyone before I finished work so I went to the dealer and tried to talk to my advisor. Another individual informed him that I I didn’t hear back from anyone before I finished work so I went to the dealer and tried to talk to my advisor. Another individual informed him that I was there. She came back and told me that he knew I was there and would come talk to me shortly. I waited about an hour before he came out and told me that they ordered the wrong part! I waited an hour to be told that they ordered the wrong part. The advisor should have called me during the day to let me know that! At the very least he should have come out within a few minutes to give me my vehicle so I wasn’t waiting for nothing! Once this part is installed I will be going to a different dealer for service from then on. This is the second truck I bought there. Probably won’t buy from them again!!! More
