During my investigation I spoke with the service manager that took the ride with you. He expressed that this is normal for those vehicles. He informed me that this was explained to you. Lemon law only applies if there is a malfunction in the vehicle. Per GM there isn't anything wrong with the vehicle. If you would like to further discuss your concerns with GM, their customer care number is 800-222-1020.

Yes, the service manager said that the loud road noise was normal. I don't accept everything that is told to me. I find it improbable that all 2023 Malibus have this noise problem. Noise in the drive train can indicate that there is a problem that will lead to future problems. What is your explanation for the noise? Maybe you should take a ride in it before you cast judgement on someone elses opinion. Let me know when you want to schedule a drive and I will gladly be there. You will see how loud the noise is, even with the radio on high.
