Timmons tried to charge me anyway, my total was 104.89 I asked him to remove the filter he claimed he did and the RO no longer showed the filter charge but my total was still $104.88. Are you kidding... ! I asked to speak to the serv manager, he claim that it is because it is part of a package and he couldn't change it....So what! I'm still not paying for a filter I supplied. (I use only MOTORCRAFT filters in my Ford) He or actually a different person ( because the SM didn't know how )applied a "coupon " to discount the ticket in the amount of $16.64 so my new total was $88.24 plus the dealer pay surcharge of $1.76 making my grand total an even $90. What it should have been to begin with. How many unsuspecting customers do you/he do this to? I normally use JB Kia in Chesterfield because they are close to my employer, ( by the way, they are less than welcoming as well) or JB Chevrolet in Lynn Mo.(always a great experience). based on my experience in Fenton I will never go back there or recommend that location. I understand that the parts dept charges the part number for your "package" to the repair order & that they were unaware I supplied my own filter, but when the advisor tells me he removed the filter yet the total remains the same THAT is deliberate theft and completely unacceptable. My lifetime powertrain warranty requires me to have any DRIVETRAIN required maintenance done at any JButler location because that's who I purchased the vehicle from and I am ok with that. The warranty co. also told me I could supply my own filter as long as it is noted on the RO. For the record, I do not normally supply my own filter I usually call ahead and have parts get a Motorcraft filter but I forgot to this time so I brought my own to save time, a lot of good that did since it took two hours and fifteen minutes to do a simple scheduled oil change, no tire rotation or any other service. My latest purchase (2026 Colorado) using Matt Vallee as my sales person was very pleasurable as was my interaction with the Sales Manager Tim & Taro in Finance. Keep up the good work guys! More

They had my car for over 3 days my second trip to the dealership. Costing me over $450.00 and no repairs were made. My car sat a few days before being looked at. They mentioned codes for misfires and rough cold starts but never addressed them. I ended up paying for a diagnostic on the fan and car rental. The cost didn’t include any repairs. More
