This is the second time in a row I’ve had an issue after my oil change was done. I bring it to the dealership for quality service and at best been like going to Valvoline instant oil change. The first time I had to bring back my truck to the dealership to get it the issue resolved. The next oil change I’am glad a walked around and opened up the hood before I left. Is this going to be the new norm having to double check to make sure the did the job I ask for. More

I was lied to by the salesman and finance lady about the title to the car I purchased. Salesman said it had a clear title, finance lady said I would have it in 2 days. It is now approaching 1 month and I st title to the car I purchased. Salesman said it had a clear title, finance lady said I would have it in 2 days. I’ve been told everything from “it’s at the other dealership” to “getting a duplicate title from the state” to “waiting on a power of attorney to be signed”. Apparently no one at Jim Butler can figure out whats going on or be truthful about it. Ready to return the car and have the loans cleared off my credit report so I can go somewhere competent. More

Horrible service. Set an appointment up two weeks in advance only to drop it off and have it sit for 7 days before anyone even looked at it. Took 29 days total.
