I did notice on the windshield where they installed the side panels. The Seal that runs parallel across the bottom of windshield had some residue or glue on the drivers side. I brought it to the attention of the Service Rep. he stated it wasn’t part of the installation. I’m very particular and it wasn’t there before I brought it - I made sure I checked it before and after service. He stated he wasn’t arguing with me, I walked away stating my Husband would check it out. All he had to do is take it back to the detail man and make sure it was taken care of. That was frustrating! 😖 More

On July 29th 2022, Picked up truck around 4:30 pm, noticed broken 12v plug in dash, told them and was taken back to parts and they ordered one, hasn't been fixed yet! Took truck home parked it until noticed broken 12v plug in dash, told them and was taken back to parts and they ordered one, hasn't been fixed yet! Took truck home parked it until next day and went on a trip, when coming home was trying to use vent for a/c , wouldn't move then noticed crack in bezel, also buttons in bezel sticking, took a picture July 29th 2022 , and sent to dealer and told them what had happen. Went to see them and was told crack was there when I first brought it in on the 29th, showed me a pic of work order ( dated Aug 1st ) never did see a pic on the 26th ? Not sure if it was there are not ( I don't think so ) anyway They said they would try and glue it back , are they can order a new one ( at my expense ) labor free. They did fix the vent and sticking button ( by installing bezel correctly ) As of Aug 25th 2022 heard nothing about cap that was supposedly ordered to fix 12v power outlet and as far as my bezel, I'm just going to live with it, I'm not going back to Jim Butler so they can mess something else up. They ask me for a Review this is the best I can do! More
