Regarding your concern about your dog in the rental, we don't allow pets in our rentals due to allergy and damage concerns. This time is set aside for you to speak with your advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits for the next appropriate service tech. We normally quote 90 mins to 2 hours for an oil change. This includes your oil change, tire rotation, multi point inspection, and fluid top off. This service is performed by GM certified tech. We are diligently working to improve on our customer wait times and we hope that our efforts to improve are evident in future visits.
