I do not know if their pricing is competitive, as all of the work done on my vehicle has been covered by GM or them. I do know they do not always put the vehicle back to the way it came off of the factory l the work done on my vehicle has been covered by GM or them. I am not impressed with the rental options, as I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Silverado TrailBoss LT, and had to have it towed back to the dealership before the first oil change because it was undriveable and all I got was a 2019 Chevy Trax. The control arm broke because of lack of a thorough inspection prior to putting the Certified Pre-Owned sticker on the window. If I would have known the vehicle I was buying was modified, I would have never bought it that day. I could have died in the vehicle I purchased from Jim Butler, and the best I can get out of the deal is a sub compact car that I can't fit a bicycle in and I'm told I can't bring my dog in unless he's a service dog. More
On july 5th, I bought a 2018 ram 2500 with 15xxx miles. The evening of purchasing the truck, the service ABS light, the service traction control light, and the service electric brake system lights all came The evening of purchasing the truck, the service ABS light, the service traction control light, and the service electric brake system lights all came on. I returned the next morning to adress the issue. I was promised to would be taken care of without any cont to me. The dealership gave me a loner truck. While driving home, the loner went into limp mode and would not go over 20 mph, causing me to almost get hit several times by highway traffic. I then returned that loner. And was given a second loner. All and all, I was not happy with the intention experience. After over a week, my ram was finally repaired and returned to me. The only good experience of the entire situation was my salesman, Mike Collins, kept me updated on the repairs being done to the truck I had purchased. Mr. Collins also helped out woth getting me a second key made for the truck with no charge to me (since the truck was only sold with one key fob). I was also told by a "manager",Chris, that the dealership "would make my bad experience right" by offering me a few oil changes at no charge to me. I have since never been offered or contacted about the free oil changes. Since getting the Ram back, I have no complaints and but the initial experience was a complete nightmare. More
Brought my car in for an oil change and to have a tire plugged. They did the oil change, rotated the tires, and called me to say that I should replace two tires "soon." My fault for not confirming I guess, but I wound up plugging the tire myself after picking it up and discovering it was still leaking. More
