Please understand that your appointment time is set aside for you to speak with your advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits for the next appropriate service tech. We normally quote 90 mins to 2 hours for an oil change. This includes your oil change, tire rotation, multi point inspection, and fluid top off. We are diligently working to improve on our customer wait times and we hope that our efforts to improve are evident in future visits. As of May 1st, 2022 we have closed our service department on Saturdays. If you wish to further discuss your visit please reach out to me directly at toden@jimbutlerchevrolet.com.

I don’t have time to schedule another appointment right now. It’s just very disappointing when I had an appointment & sat & waited only to find out they didn’t do all that was suppose to be done. It makes me question if they even did the oil change. The last time I had an oil change I suspected they didn’t do the tire rotation then either but I didn’t have definite proof as I did this time. Just very disappointed.
