The experience was good. Sue greeted me very professional/Service. Ralph the shuttle driver is the best! When I returned to get my vehicle. I did notice on the windshield where they installed the side panels. The Seal that runs parallel across the bottom of windshield had some residue or glue on the drivers side. I brought it to the attention of the Service Rep. he stated it wasn’t part of the installation. I’m very particular and it wasn’t there before I brought it - I made sure I checked it before and after service. He stated he wasn’t arguing with me, I walked away stating my Husband would check it out. All he had to do is take it back to the detail man and make sure it was taken care of. That was frustrating! 😖 More
