I was told that my coverage was for dents, scratches, burns, rips and any type of bad smells or anything of the such. Well when I took it in for those needs I was told I would have to go through a third party for the details and dent removal but they do not cover any of the rest. I just want to know why I was sold something falsely. I can touch up my own scratches for way less then I pay and don’t even get the service I was told I would. Just disappointing really and feel like I was taken advantage of.

Thank you for this input. There seems to be confusion in how to use the coverages that you purchased. If you would like to start a claim for any of your purchased coverages you would have to call the respective company. Xzilon-the vehicle's appearance protection, inside and out. Ph: 800-553-6866 Crystal Fusion-windshield protection. Ph: 800-890-7211 (damage MUST be reported within 24 hours) SafeGuard UVP-dents and scratches. This time is set aside for you to speak with your advisor not to have your vehicle serviced. From there your vehicle waits in line for the next appropriate service tech. We normally quote 90 mins to 2 hours for an oil change so we are glad to have lived up to that. We have machines on the wall in the service garage that read your alignment as you pull into the drive. This is not a scam. I will speak with the service director because your advisor should have showed you your reading.
