Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. I'm a bit confused because during my investigation of your concerns I learned that we spoke to you multiple times a day, multiple times a week. No one in my BDC nor my service advisors recall speaking to you about a smell. Our diagnostic fee is $165 and we wouldn't charge you that much just to investigate a smell. It is my understanding that our staff treated you with the utmost respect and provided you with great service. If you can please clarify these conflicting details (were we speaking to a significant other, confirm your phone number, etc.) it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We apologize that your experience didn't live up to your expectations. We are not giving you the run around with your recall, GM is. During my investigation I learned that there is a pending recall for your vehicle. This means that GM is aware of the issue with your and other's vehicles but they haven't engineered a fix for it yet. This leaves us with two options: (1) We wait for a fix rom GM or (2) We can attempt to replace the part that we think is faulty without a guarantee of it working, however GM will not pay for it. Unfortunately, the dealership has no control over GM, however, they control what we can do.
