10 am reservation for oil change, & tire rotation. Added Wheel allignment and transmisson flush. So asked for a shuttle home and Chris, the advisor, said to wait in the waiting room. 35 minutes later a shuttle driver showed up and I asked him if he was taking me home and he said no, he was not told about that, he knew nothing abut it, and he was there to only take a couple that arrived about 25 minutes after I did to take them to Walmart. When I went back to Chris he rudely said that it was posted in some kind of board and the driver should have known if he checked, and to wait some more. After 15 more minutes went back to Chris who rudely said "it's handled!" So I stood around the service area for about 10 minutes and finally another adviser (Kim) asked if I needed anything and she immediately got a driver to take me home. Waiting for a shuttle for an hour in the waiting room is unacceptable. Around 2:30 pm I called the service dept. from home to check if my vehicle was ready. When I said my adviser was Chris, they said he was on the phone and he would call me back with a vehicle status. Around 3:00 pm and NO call from Chris, I called the service department once again. This time I was told that Chris was not at his desk that he would call me later. I told them I would NOT wait for another call after getting the royal runaround and demanded to speak to a supervisor. I spoke to a nice lady in I believe Customer Service and after expressing my ordeal, she promptly got a driver to come pick me up at home right away. The driver was super nice and waited for me to pay for the services so he could show me exactly where my vehicle was parked. I rather drive further to Dave Sinclair Buick where my time was respected and provided great service, than go to Jim Butler Chevrolet that's only 5 minutes from my house. More

The service at the dealership was excellent. I arrived on time and pulled right into the bay. Kim, my service rep kept me up to date as to the progress of my car.
