Contacted them about a recall. Was told it would take 10 days to get the parts. Never heard from them. Visited in person 2 1/2 months later. Was told ten days to get parts in. Chose an early morning but the day before they call and say I’m scheduled for 1:15. They take me at 12:15. They say a couple hours to complete. I leave it. 30 minutes before closing they call and say I can pick it up. The air bag cover isn’t totally secured in place. I have to seat it to the dash. Definitely not top shelf service. More

Got a great deal, and the were very responsive. I did want some things added to the truck and there seemed to be some miss communication internally, so it did take longer than what I was promised. My car has been there 3 weeks. Finally spoke to my service advisor Chris and got an update. Mechanic couldn’t verify one of my concerns so he was going to take my car for a ride. Shouldn’t you be working with warranty company since they need more information before approving repairs? Monday the 16th will start 4 weeks that my car has been there. I can hardly wait to see the repair bill for this. 3 weeks in a rental car plus repairs. Unacceptable to have customers car for a month and not speak to them for 3 weeks. More
