Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that your visit didn't live up to your expectations. It is standard procedure for us to take a picture of the dash board before we perform work on them because they are very fragile and brittle. During my investigation I found that the dash was cracked upon arrival. I am more than happy to forward them to you. I also understand that you have spoken to our service director Gene.
