Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that your visit didn't live up to your your expectations. We also apologize that your appointment time wasn't properly explained to you. You appointment time is to meet with your advisor to set up a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care, triage if you will. From there your vehicle waits for the next available service technician. We are diligently working to improve on our customer wait times. We are doing things such as hiring additional service techs, building additional service bays, revamping our scheduling procedures and looking into adding additional shifts. We hope that this information provided a bit more insight as to how our business works. We truly value your business and hope that our efforts are evident in future visits.
