service went very well (Kim) took care of me and she did an outstanding job - as always. The truck had to be jumped started 2 days later as I assume that the part was installed incorrectly (electrical m an outstanding job - as always. So, now she sits at Butlers parking waiting to be serviced again - also, the radio sometimes goes dead (NOT JIM BUTLER Chevy FAULT). So maybe the 2020 GMC 2500 will be fixes - just 16,xxx miles on this Rig. Fingers crossed. Jim Butler Chevy is a GREAT dealership - they really are. The folks there all seem to be doing a great job. Very inconvenient, felt pawned off to go elsewhere after having my car sit on your lot almost a week. Service was not up to par. I had to ask multiple time for an eta on my car and had a hard time getting a time. Waited over 3 hours for new tires and alignment. On a positive note.
