Always satisfied with the Service Department at this dealership. My mistake here was to "wait" for my vehicle. I had an appointment and only needed an oil & filter change. This took 2 and 1/2 hours. More

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We apologize that your appointment time and oil change was not properly explained to you. Your appointment time is set aside for you to speak with your service advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits for the next appropriate service technician. We normally quote 90 mins to 2 hours for our oil changes. We are diligently working to maintain the expectations we set for ourselves. We look forward to the next opportunity to be of service to you.
